David Miller oversees construction and renovation of all McDougal's multifamily housing and commercial properties, as well as similar projects for third-party clients. He has more than thirty years experience with new developments, working closely with project engineers, architects, and local building officials. David has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.

Vice President, McDougal Construction

John Sweeney has more than 25 years of new home construction experience. He is currently Vice President of McDougal Construction, one of Lubbock's leading and most respected home builders.

John is an active member of the West Texas Home Builders Association, serving as president in 2008. The WTHBA works to help all builders stay up to date on the latest building techniques and regulations so they always build homes of high value.

He works directly with homeowners to make the building experience enjoyable and to make sure it's built the way they desire. A home should be a place your family will love and an important investment that will appreciate in value.

richardRichard Wilkins

Construction Superintendent

Richard Wilkins is currently the project manager for McDougal Construction overseeing multifamily and commercial construction projects. He has more than 10 years construction experience with new projects, remodels, and design. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Applied Economics with a Finance Emphasis from Texas Tech University. Richard oversees the daily onsite operation of superintendents, assistant superintendents, estimating, budget development, schedule development.
