Marc McDougal
President, McDougal Land
Marc McDougal has worked in each of the company’s land development projects, including residential & commercial developments in Lubbock, Irving, & Farmers Branch, Texas. Marc is a past President of the Lubbock Apartment Association, and has served on the boards of the West Texas Home Builders Association and Lubbock Board of Realtors. He has been very involved in public service, serving on numerous boards and was Mayor of Lubbock from 2002 – 2006.
Carl Tepper, RPA
Vice President, Special Projects, McDougal Land
Carl Tepper manages the company’s Downtown Lubbock Redevelopment office. He brings a mixture of distinct specialties to the redevelopment office, including expertise in commercial real estate management, and more than 15 years of commercial property experience in a wide variety of properties in several cities. Carl was a USAF aviator, and logged more than 20 combat missions in the gulf War. He’s a member of the VFW and an expert horseman.
