Marc has worked in every division of McDougal Companies and was named CEO in 2015. The company’s realty has listed or sold more than $5 billion in real estate, while the properties division has owned or managed more than 7,500 apartments in 15 Texas cities. Under his watch, the company has developed or built more than $1 billion in commercial and residential property.

Marc has held numerous industry and community leadership positions. He is a former president of the Lubbock Apartment Association and has served on the boards of the West Texas Home Builders Association and Lubbock Board of Realtors. He has been extensively committed to public service, serving on numerous boards, and was mayor of Lubbock from 2002-06.
